Police in Mercer County are investigating a fatal accident Wednesday.

It happened on I-295 north in Hamilton Township, near exit 67, Sloane Avenue just before 7 a.m.

Chopper 12 was over the scene, where a maroon car and a black Jeep rolled over.

Traffic was backed up to route 33.

All northbound lanes had to be closed while investigators were on the scene.
