A family is taking legal action after their child broke her front teeth on a roller coaster at the American Dream megamall in East Rutherford.

A lawsuit claims that the girl smashed her face into the seat in front of her and ended up in the hospital. The incident happened in June 2022.

The family says the child has undergone numerous medical procedures in her recovery.

The lawsuit also names the ride manufacturer and several park employees.
