Family of man killed in 2017 NYC truck terror attack push for anti-terror legislation
Still mourning the loss of their son, a New Milford family is fighting for the passage of an anti-terror bill in his name.
Rep. Josh Gottheimer joined the parents of Darren Drake - who was killed in the 2017 New York City terrorist truck attack - to discuss the new bill.
The Darren Drake Act is moving to the Senate floor and would create a no-drive list to prevent those looking to commit acts of terror from renting vehicles.
The bill would also strengthen suspicious activity reporting.
