Bronx family members are battling blood-sucking bed bugs in their apartment.
Wally Robinson says the problem started days after his family moved into a different apartment at 3340 Bailey Ave. According to Robinson, his previous apartment had a water leak, which he says the management failed to fix for 12 years. Anne Robinson says the parasites latched onto her 15-year-old daughter, causing her to have an allergic reaction. The Robinsons say an exterminator sent by management didn?t help. They believe the critters are coming in through a hole at a neighbor?s apartment.
The Robinsons are also upset over cracks in exterior walls and broken elevators. The management company did not return calls for comment.
