Police say an 83-year-old BP male employee was assaulted at a BP gas station in Fair Lawn.
Fair Lawn police say Sincere Wiley, 30, of Lockport, New York, hit the employee with her knee and punched him in the eye. She then pulled out a box cutter, grabbed tobacco products and $88 in cash before running off, according to police.
Once at Fair Lawn police headquarters, police say Wiley refused to remove the laces from her shoes as well as sharp jewelry - becoming combative and struggled with officers causing injury.
Wiley defecated and urinated in the holding room followed by “smearing the feces on the walls of the room,” according to police.
Four Fair Lawn police officers sustained injuries not considered life-threatening and were transported to Hackensack University Medical Center. They have since been released.
Wiley was arrested and charged with assault, robbery and eluding.
The 83-year-old victim was transported to St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Paterson with facial injuries.
