The FAA has confirmed a new flight pattern for Teterboro Airport, effective Thursday.

According to officials, incoming flights will now be directed over Route 17 rather than over Prospect Avenue and other residential areas.

Residents in Hackensack have dealt with noise pollution for over a decade. Planes flew very close to high-rise buildings.
