Experience reimagined: Closed Montclair movie theater to reopen, offer dine-in options

The famed Bellevue Theatre in Montclair, which closed back in 2017, is reopening as The Bellevue, and won't offer the same old movie experience.

The famed Bellevue Theatre in Montclair, which closed back in 2017, is reopening as The Bellevue, and won't offer the same old movie experience.
The movie theater will have dine-in theater options.  
According to the theater's new website, its "focused on revitalizing the movie-going experience while honoring the theatre's 95-year legacy." 
The theater opened back in 1922.
When it closed, nearly 6,000 people signed a petition to reopen it. 
The reopening date hasn't been announced.
