Education Ambassador: Westfield social worker Ahisha Quallis
Ahisha Quallis is a lifelong Westfield, New Jersey resident. After graduating high school in 1995, she attended William Paterson University, where she obtained her BA in Sociology. Immediately after graduation she began her career working with children and families for the State of NJ.
Working in the field of child services for several years, she decided to further her education. She received her Masters in Social Work from Monmouth University in 2008. With over 20 years of experience in social work, she is also a health and fitness coach.
Ahisha has worked on various organizations to enhance community involvement throughout the Union County area, including a Girl Scout leader, leadership member of Morning Star Community Christian Center, past president of the Westfield Neighborhood Council, and a proud member of Central Jersey Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Ahisha is a wife of 14 years to her husband Keiron and together they have a 13-year-old daughter, Laila, and her 19-year-old niece, Alana.
