Edison deli to fill hundreds of orders for Super Bowl

One Edison deli owner says he will begin work at 6 a.m. Sunday in order to fill all of the sandwich orders for the Super Bowl he has received. Harold Jaffe and his staff will complete hundreds of orders

One Edison deli owner says he will begin work at 6 a.m. Sunday in order to fill all of the sandwich orders for the Super Bowl he has received.
Harold Jaffe and his staff will complete hundreds of orders for sandwiches, chicken wings, dip and other party snacks before the big game. Jaffe says his staff will work straight through until at least 5 p.m.
According to Jaffe, the most popular item for the Super Bowl is the deli?s triple decker sandwich with pastrami and corned beef. He expects to use 8,000 pounds of each meat for the Super Bowl orders.
