East Orange fire leaves four homeless, no injuries reported

Four people have been displaced after a fire broke out in East Orange Tuesday afternoon.

The fire started around 4:30 p.m. on Oak Street and quickly spread to two adjacent homes.

Firefighters were able to bring the blaze under control within 30 minutes.

While both homes sustained significant damage, there were no reported injuries.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
