Drivers are asked to take Vail Road to Lake Shore Drive as a detour as repairs continue on Rockaway Boulevard.
River Street northbound in Hoboken is closed between 1st and 3rd streets. Officials say traffic is being diverted to Sinatra Drive as crews with Veolia work on repairs.
