Convicted serial killer Khalil Wheeler-Weaver faced a judge on Wednesday to be arraigned in a fourth murder.
Wheeler-Weaver is currently serving 160 years in prison for the murder of three women and the attempted murder of a fourth.
He has now been charged with the murder of a 15-year-old girl.
That girl’s remains were found in an abandoned building in Orange in 2019. She had been missing for several years.
An autopsy showed that the teen was strangled.
