Construction is underway for a new Wawa in North Brunswick, with an opening date set for summer of 2020.

The popular convenience store chain will be located at 933 Livingston Ave.

The new location will occupy 5,585 square feet and include a convenience store and gas station.

The store will be the second location in North Brunswick -- a Wawa without a gas station is located at 1910 Route 27.

There are currently 223 Wawa stores in the state, and 850 stores throughout the East Coast.
