Congressional action may help New Jersey seniors who have been targeted by scams.

Congressman Josh Gottheimer wants social media networks like Facebook, X and Instagram to add warning labels on fraudulent content and accounts that have been flagged as potential scams.

He also introduced new legislation calling for a grant to invest in New Jersey's scam responses.

The measures are all a part of the senior security strategy.
