Montvale residents will soon be able to breathe a sigh of relief after eight months of 24-hour construction.

According to Mayor Mike Ghassali, residents near the Magnolia Bridge have been complaining for almost a year about the nonstop noise, dust and heavy machinery.

The construction has been running since March, but it appears that the project is now expected to be completed on Jan. 13, 2023.

Motorists have had to deal with multiple detours in the area while work has progressed.
