A complaint has been filed in Newark after a Department of Homeland Security employee returned from an assignment in China and went back to work a few days later.
The complaint, obtained by News 12, was filed Friday by the union representing the employee's coworkers.
It details the woman was told to come back to work at the USCIS office in Newark, violating a mandatory 14-day quarantine.
As of now, neither she nor her coworkers are showing signs of the coronavirus.
