Altaire Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is voluntarily recalling select over-the-counter eye drops and ointments sold at CVS after concerns the products may not be sterile.
According to the FDA, 30 different products and various lots are included.
The products are manufactured and labeled exclusively for CVS Health.
The recalls are being called a "precautionary measure," following the company’s recent recalls of drops of Walmart and Walgreens store brand products and Perrigo prescription ointments.
The company has not received any reports of adverse events.
