Community FoodBank of New Jersey has launched a text messaging service to help people in need.
If you text Find Food to (908)-224-7776, the service will locate and provide information for area food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters.
People must enter their zip code. You will then receive useful addresses and phone numbers.
