The owner of the Colombian Hot Dog food truck started his business a few years ago but instead of serving traditional dishes, he opted to offer well-known Colombian street food options.

Juan Forero says the food is similar to what Americans eat at barbecues.

"This is the food that we had on the weekends," says Forero. "This is the food that you went out to eat. Colombian fast food is mainly hot dogs and burgers."
