- Temperatures hit 70 degrees at Newark on Sunday for the first time this year. The old record was 66.
- Overcast Monday. Rain in the late evening.
- All day rain expected on Tuesday and Thursday.
FORECAST:
OVERNIGHT: Temperatures in the mid-40s with patchy fog and mild temperatures.
MONDAY: Some fog early. Generally cloudy all day. Highs in the mid-50s.
TUESDAY -- POSSIBLE STORM WATCH: On and off showers for most of the day. Highs near 50.
WEDNESDAY: Dry and cloudy to start with rain in the evening. Highs in the mid- to upper-50s.
THURSDAY -- STORM WATCH: Rain likely, heavy at times especially early. Highs in the upper-40s.
FRIDAY: Sun and clouds and pleasant with temperatures in the 50s.
THE WEEKEND: Trending seasonably cool with rain possible both days, more likely on Saturday.
