Students at Cedar Grove High School are putting together a memorial for 9/11.
Though the students were all born after the attacks, they say it's important that people never forget. For the eighth year, students hand-placed 2,977 flags and name cards on the school's front lawn. The Cedar Grove Volunteer Fire Department helped coordinate the memorial this year.
The flags will remain in front of the school for the next few weeks. At 9 a.m. Sunday, there will be a ceremony where some students will speak.
