One important part of car safety is ensuring that the battery is checked and replaced if necessary.
Tires often lose pressure during large temperature swings, so it is recommended to check inflation and if they have the appropriate treads on the tires.
Car owners should check their radiator and have it flushed at least once every two years. Getting new wiper blades at the beginning of the winter season and pulling them away from the windshield during snowfall is helpful as well.
Car owners are also advised to use winter windshield washer formula rather than summer, as the summer formulas can freeze during cold temperatures.
