A car crashed through a guardrail and barreled down an embankment off I-95 in Norwalk Tuesday.
The crash happened near the on ramp at Exit 15 southbound.
State police say the ramp was shut down while police investigated and that there were minor injuries.
Police did not say how many people suffered injuries.
