A Camden County grand jury has indicted a Runnemede woman accused of trying to hire someone to kill her ex-boyfriend and his daughter.
Prosecutors announced Wednesday that Jaclyn Diiorio, 41, was formally charged with murder-for-hire and related offenses.
Authorities allege Diiorio targeted her ex-boyfriend, a Philadelphia police officer, and his daughter.
Investigators say Diiorio offered $12,000 to have both victims killed.
According to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, Diiorio met with a confidential informant on April 4 and brought $500 in cash as part of the alleged arrangement.
After the money was exchanged, members of the Gloucester Township Police Department Special Response Team took her into custody.
Diiorio was previously charged with multiple offenses, including two counts of attempted murder.
She remains held pending court proceedings.
