The Camden City School District held its first free in-school vaccination clinic today for staff and residents living in the city.
CCAMcare staff were on site at Dudley Family School to administer the first doses of the Pfizer vaccine.
The district says the initiative will not only give parents the opportunity to get the vaccine, but to learn about it as well.

Shots were available for all families in the district. The district even provided transportation from other areas of the city.
"Our families trust our schools and they trust our school community so we are hopeful that because we are hosting the clinic at one of our district school sites that our families will feel a bit more comfortable,” says Katrina McCombs, superintendent of Camden City Schools.
The district says at this time, they will be requiring masks for everyone in the building, along with social distancing and other safety measures.
