A Middlesex County café that employs people with special needs has reopened more than a year after it closed.

A Middlesex County café that employs people with special needs has reopened more than a year after it closed.
Mayor Mac’s Café closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The staff is all students from the R.I.S.E. Program. It is a joint effort between the town of Woodbridge, the Cypress Recreation Center and the Woodbridge Township School District.
The goal has been to help students with special needs transition from school to adulthood by receiving workplace training.
