Residents in the Bronx and city are enjoying the unseasonably warm weather this fall, but it won't last forever. News 12 Meteorologist Joe Rao says there will be a lot of storms this winter and he is also predicting a cold Thanksgiving. Rao says the last few Novembers have been mild and they were followed by a number of winter snowstorms. He is calling for 11 to 30 inches of snow this winter. While many residents and enjoying the warmer weather, some say they are afraid it?s a sign that global warming is taking its toll.
