Some Brick Township residents will not be able to drive to their homes due to back burning efforts the fire department is conducting to control a brush fire.
Residents of Seawood Harbor are being advised that they cannot drive to their homes during the effort. They are being told to park at Angela Hibbard Park. Rides back home will be provided.
The brush fire is in the area of Mandalay Road and Cedar Island Drive.
Residents who live in the area are being advised to keep doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering their home.
