Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of singers Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, was laid to rest at Westfield's Fairview Cemetery Monday afternoon.

A golden hearse carried Brown's body, followed by the vehicles of friends and relatives. In the private ceremony, Brown was buried next to her mother who died three years earlier.

Fans from all over gathered outside the cemetery to catch a glimpse of the procession and to pay their respects.

Brown died six months after being discovered unresponsive in a bathtub. Her family kept her on life support during that time.

Brown's mother Whitney Houston died in a similar manner.
