There are more legal troubles for deli meat giant Boar’s Head amid a listeria outbreak.

A lawsuit filed earlier this month claims the company misled its consumers by not properly warning of the contamination in its initial July 25 recall.

As of last week, 34 illnesses have been reported in 13 states. Two people have died – including one person in New Jersey.

This is the second lawsuit the company is facing concerning the listeria outbreak.
