St. Patrick’s Day is just two days away, but many have been celebrating since the month of March began thanks to parades all over New Jersey.

News 12 New Jersey’s Tony Caputo is celebrating the Best of New Jersey and shared various recipes of Irish soda bread at the Parsippany Deli Emerald Shop.

An early morning Irish breakfast was also featured as well as the always popular corned beef sandwich cooked up by Deli owner Ed Hansberry who’s been running the deli for decades.
