Here we are on a Tuesday. That means it is time for another local spot making up the best of New Jersey. We take you to Secaucus now to try out the Carnegie diner. Don't be intimidated. These are very much instagrammable breakfast dishes. But tell me a little bit about what we have here as I sample a little bit. So this is our uh California omelet. Uh It's made with uh certified organic eggs and uh fresh avocado. So when I create the menu, I tell them all of our pixels has to be Instagram of all and all of our business has to live up to it. So, whatever you see on social media, this is what you get and you show up and you're impressed with that question. Tell me about the pancakes. So this is our double stock banana, strawberry nutella pancakes and made with buttermilk. What's not to like? I got it. Yeah, you might wanna help some, you know. Absolutely. Yeah. No, I got it though. I'm prepared. I'm, I'm experienced here chef. You know, this is our certified organic maple syrup from Vermont. And you know, you have to put a little bit of maple syrup. No question. So we love local ingredients and then we create that. But the main characters of our menu stays the same like aroma. Its our pancakes will always be all year round chef, amazing food. It's Tuesday. That means it is time for another stop. That makes up the best of New Jersey. We went to Secaucus to try out the Carnegie diner. All right. It's time for lunch and we're back with another staple a burger. But chef, this is not just any burger. This is, we call it the amazing burger. It looks amazing. It is amazing with mac and cheese bun, bun mac and cheese bun. Yes, we love mac and cheese. I love it. The egg. I put mac and cheese, bacon caramelized Orion the whole nine yards. Oh, my goodness. Look at that. Do you see this, Mike Roberts? Take a look at this. So the mac and cheese, it's obviously it's deep fried or in the correct. Correct. Yeah. Ok. I see. I know a few things. Go ahead. Yeah. Or a organic certified burger. I had a French fries too. I love it. And it comes with French fries salad, uh, or pickles and it's really one of my favorite burgers. We have. The burger is so good and there's crunch and then you have the egg and the bacon. I mean, this is, this is amazing. Some people may want a salad chef. So I guess we talk about that. We have a cranberry salad and we put a, uh, some grilled salmo. It, this is our, uh, roasted cranberry salad and it's really amazing and it's perfect for, uh, spring season. That is coming. Right. Absolutely. I don't want to talk anymore because I wanna have another bite of this burger. So, we're gonna get to dinner and dessert chef that's coming up in just a little bit. Yeah.

Time. Now for another edition of Best of New Jersey, we went to Secaucus to try out the Carnegie diner. Take a look. We're gonna tackle pastrami for dinner but uh I can't do this alone. Sat a sandwich like this. We call it wow, pastrami. It's 16 ounces of meat. And um our pastrami is made from American Wagyu beef from Colorado and it's really phenomenal and I just like it plain as it is on rice. Let's do it. Let's have it. Hm. That's too good. And when you're shooting him in a comfortable booth, you remind me of Carnegie Hall in a place like that. So Carnegie diner was born. We're exactly across the street from Carnegie Hall in New York City or New York City. Our first story is on 57th and third and the seventh. And we pay hoage to all these amazing performers that they've been at Carnegie Hall. So you'll always see Carnegie all in the wall and you will see all this amazing performance from Frank Sinatra to Maria Callas to all these people that perform there. Speaking of amazing, we have not one layer. This is our 24 layers chocolate cake. This is our signature chocolate cake, which is really phenomenal. It's good for a table to serve like between two or more people. We're two or more people. So we don't want to let this go to waste. We wanna give the people a little bit. Absolutely. I mean, the food is excellent. I know you've been here a year and a half, many years to come. Congratulations and best of luck to you. Thank you for having us.
