Most weeks. News 12, New Jersey's Tony Caputo photojournalist. Rudy Bode make their way to one of the best of New Jersey locations, but not today. Yeah, this morning they are in our front yard, Tony. The guys called, bro, they have their food truck right outside the studio right now. We want to see. Oh, look at that. That is really cool. I like the name, bro. Rios. Great name. Great food, great guys and a great looking truck. Take a look at this truck. I mean, how awesome is that work? I mean, fantastic showing off the Broos truck. Photo journalist, Rudy Bo showing that all for us this morning in the best of New Jersey. Come on around Rudy. Let's chat with the guys in here who, you know, a little drizzle out there. We don't feel it. It's fantastic. Marcus Crawford is here. He's one of the owners, John Gibbs is here as well. I mean, this truck has it all. This is really something else. What's your specialty? Uh, anything burritos, tacos or quesadillas, burritos, tacos and John would you make up this morning? I mean, what do you have here? Is it? It's a it's a small workspace by the way, but we gonna make it work. What do you got here? So we got the beef nachos. Um, I like to add a little beef to it. A little cheese, make sure it's melted. And then for me, I like all the toppings. So I like it with the salsa, the, a little hot sauce. I wanna give it a little kick. Oh, nice. I like to add a little bit more cheese and I love cheese. Fantastic. Now you guys are well aware of my reputation for eating. You guys know about that, right? They warned you it doesn't matter that it's 5 45 in the morning. Tell me, tell us about this truck and you know the whole inspiration behind it and how long you've been doing it. Um So we started this truck in 2016. I mean 2020. Yeah, 2016, right? 2016. Uh we had a former truck that we, you know, we selling some soups, we wanted to change and do a more inclusive meal. We can do everything we decided to do burritos, tacos, quesadillas. And then we came up with a creative name just being brothers and then selling burritos. We mashed the name to come up with burritos. Fantastic. And obviously you can get this truck for your parties, right? I mean, John social pages posted on my pages as well. You can't be some look we're going to eat out here in the parking lot because that's what we do on the best of New Jersey.

I'm here with the burritos. Actually. Hold on. Doesn't there they are. Alright. Let's join them on inside. Come on guys. What are we cooking up here today? Let's take a look. So we got some shrimp cooking and we're gonna make you a burrito that we call the three kings, bro. OK. We want it right here and we're gonna take care of you. Let's start with the, oh, that looks nice and warm. All right. What is? Yes. Absolutely. Perfect. Oh What, what, what's that season with? What's OK? OK. Amazing. We can come with rice beans and chicken. Wow. Look at that. I love it. We, we've got chicken and beef and all right. I want to get burned here. Let's see it. So three kings. So we've got the three proteins. We've got the three main events here. Love it. The rice beans, uh chicken beef your shrimp and then I know you, uh, you don't, I don't do dairy. So what do we got for me? We got the salsa. It's not spicy. It's very mild and some lettuce on it. Amazing. Thank you guys so much. Yes. So it shows you that everybody can have Mexican food. So New Jersey's Isabel Liter and photojournalist Bode made their way to one of the busy locations. It's an upright lot right there. Hi guys. Yes, we're here in the parking lot with Broos. New Jersey's very own. I'm gonna take you guys inside here where they're cooking up some awesome food. Let's see. What do we have here today? Show me some of this. We're working on some street corn right now and some tacos. Awesome. Ok. And then John, what, what do we have here for? Uh who's this for? So this for Tony, this for Tony, Tony. He's very hungry and uh we made some tacos. Show me some of these. Now tell me what's, what's going on. We have uh, three tacos, uh, one chicken, one ground beef and uh one shrimp and then we got the some salsa, some sour cream, some cheese and uh, yeah, you should enjoy it very, very much. Yeah, I love that. And then what, what is this right here? So now we got the street corn. It's in a cup. So it's our signature street corn. We throw a little of our signature red salt right there, little uh cheese on it. And then we have our signature Chipotle sauce that we top it off with. Um And then I'm gonna add a little lime to the top and then boom that here. Let's, let's show everybody at home. Wow. OK. So how can people get this uh this truck for events, parties? Most weeks, our best of segment is always on the road. But this week the fun comes to us right outside our studio. Yeah, it's usually done by Tony Caputo. But today we're having it done by News 12 New Jersey's Isabel Liter outside with Yes, hi guys. We're here outside. I'm here with burritos, the burritos and they're here to show me some of the food that they've got going on here today. What are some of these yummy treats we've got. So we made a couple of burritos tacos quesadilla for you. This is a big fella, a beef, bro, some churros, a chicken quesadilla, a beef quesadilla and just in a range of tacos, beef chicken and vegetarian vegan option being our sweet pepper taco. Awesome. And now John, tell me a bit about your business. What, when did you guys start? And what, what are some of the things you guys offer? So we started in 2016. We started off with one truck. Uh we built it out ourselves, got that running for three years and then uh we got our second truck and then we got our brick and mortar, but we got that literally right before the pandemic. So I kind of slow this down, but we offer a lot of catering opportunities that you will come to your house, your uh establishment, bring the truck, serve your guests. So it's less of a headache for that client. You don't have to clean anything and it just helps, it just helps overall and then we offer other options as well, other fun options. Um That's not here in front of us, but yeah, we do it. So we don't have a brick and mortar right now. But you guys are on the road constantly that out, Tony, Tony, we talked about this tacos are for later. Obviously, this food is uh difficult to keep our hands off of. Um What are some of your favorites? What do you, what do you guys like the most? So my favorite is the uh beef, uh beef burrito. Uh The beef is very, has a lot of flavor and by itself, it's very well. It goes very well, but the big fella would be my second out of this, out of these options right now. Awesome. How about you, Marcus? I like the big fella and then the, I like the chicken. So we're like the opposite. Yeah. And I tried some earlier and it was so delicious. I wanna thank you guys for coming out here today and sharing all of your awesome food with us and you know, if people want to come and and call you guys to have them at your have you at their events.
