Berkeley Township 911 calls capture victims' pleas before murder-suicide

Newly released 911 calls from Berkeley Township revealed a terrifying scene as a man chased and shot his separated wife in the street before killing her parents.

The victims were identified as Deonna Stewart, 38, Allan Russell, 61, and Michelle Russell, 60.

Sources tell News 12 Allan Russell, called 911 before he died Tuesday morning inside the home on Fairwood Drive. "I am shot, I am shot," he said during the call as he pleaded for an ambulance.

Police said the shooter, Vaughn Stewart, also killed himself. His three children were inside the house at the time.

The children are now in state custody.
