A convicted NJ sex offender accused of exposing himself in a number of New York communities was arraigned in Orangetown Friday. He is charged with forcible touching.Bergenfield resident Eric Hortsman, 32, was charged with forcible touching after he allegedly exposed himself to two women at a Nyack, New York bar called Luna Lounge. The women called police and described the suspect and his car. Police later pulled over Hortsman, who police say was brought to the station and identified by the two women.Detectives say they suspect Hortsman is the same man behind a string of summer flashings in Orangetown and Clarkstown. Police say one of those incidents involved a man who masturbated as he tried to grab a teen leaving a tanning salon. Police are investigating over 20 incidents. Horstman is being held on $105,000 bail.
