Two women in Bergen County created an app to switch up the retail world.
Daphna Englard and Dasya Katz are best friends turned work partners who changed the game of the retail world since they launched their business in June 2022.
Their app Return Queen provides a service that takes away the hassle of online returns.
“We loved shopping online, but returns were a pain. We decided there had to be a better way,” Englard says.
It's as simple as signing up, using the free return bag to add an unlimited number of items from different stores and scheduling a time for pickup.
“Our Return Queen drivers come straight to your door, pick up your items and then we process them, sort them and ship them out for you,” Katz says.
Katz and Englard now service 10,000 zip codes out of their headquarters in Ramsay
The two say it wouldn't be possible without a strong support system and a driven work ethic.
“It’s such an amazing feeling to come to work each day to work alongside my best friend and work alongside mostly women at our headquarters who are all so passionate,” Katz says.
The duo says they have a few more new things coming for their business in 2023.
