Parents, students, teachers, and administrators are experiencing stress, and emotions that they never felt before.
So, how do we deal with this, and how do we keep everyone mentally prepared as the school year gets underway?
News 12's Elizabeth Hashagen was joined by Shari Bernstein-Meyer to discuss back-to-school stress and answer viewers' questions.
