yesterdayPolice and the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit say they are investigating a sexual assault that happened over the weekend in West New York.
Authorities say the victim, a 40-year-old woman, was grabbed by the hair and sexually assaulted by a man Saturday around 1:30 a.m. near Hudson Avenue and 51st Street.
No arrests have been made.
Anyone with information regarding the incident should call the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit (SVU) at 201-915-1234. All information will be kept confidential.
