Authorities: NJ man uploaded 62 files of child pornography depicting children from 6 to 13 years old

The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office has announced a man from Clifton has been arrested and charged with numerous child pornography charges.
According to authorities, an investigation revealed John Daniel Suther, 50, utilized an online service Yahoo! Inc. to upload around 62 files of child pornography.
Authorities say the files depicted children ranging in age from six to 13 years old. Further investigation revealed the identity of one of the child victims in the uploaded images.
Suther has been detained at the Passaic County Jail. The state has filed a motion for pretrial detention of the defendant which will be scheduled before a Superior Court Judge at a date to be determined.
