Authorities: Man accused of burning down home, drawing swastikas to remain detained

A Manchester Township man accused of arson and bias intimidation has been ordered to remain detained pending his trial.
Ron Carr, 34, is accused of spray-painting swastikas on 14 homes in the area of Pine Lake Park. He is also accused of burning down a home that was under construction.
Carr faces 36 criminal counts, including bias intimidation, aggravated arson and criminal mischief for the June 6 and 7 incidents. He has been in jail since his arrest.
