At least 9 injured, more than 70 displaced in massive Atlantic City fire

Officials say five residents are being treated for injuries -- including two who had to be airlifted to a hospital.

A massive fire ripped through an Atlantic City apartment building Thursday, forcing dozens of residents out.
It happened before 8 a.m. Thursday along South Georgia Avenue near Pacific Avenue.
Firefighters at the scene immediately began rescue operations.
Officials say five residents are being treated for injuries -- including two who had to be airlifted to a hospital.
Four firefighters were also treated for minor injuries.
It isn't clear what sparked the fire.
