An arrest has been made in the vandalism of the iconic Humpty Dumpty at Ocean Putt Mini Golf, according to Cape May police.

Police said 29‑year‑old Blane Dongas from Pennsylvania was caught on video in September 2025 climbing the fence of the golf course, removing the vintage Humpty Dumpty and later dumping it down the street.

They said the cost to replace the statue was $2,000.

Dongas turned himself in earlier this week and is now waiting for a court date.
