Gas prices are continuing to rise in the Garden State and the rest of the country.The average price for a gallon of regular gas in New Jersey Friday rose to $3.64. The cost of gas is expected to keep many Americans closer to home for the Memorial Day weekend. According to AAA, the number of people traveling by car for the holiday will decline by about 1 percent.
