In Warren County, an 84-year-old woman was found dead inside her home on Wayne Street in Washington Borough.  

Police say a neighbor noticed a door open and went inside to find Elaine Trachin and her 52-year-old son, William.  

Her wheelchair-bound son remains in the hospital this morning with traumatic injuries.  

The Warren County Prosecutor says there’s no sign of forced entry at her home.  

No arrests have been made.
