Four New Jersey hospitals were ranked in the Top 100 hospitals in the country, according to Health Grades – an online resource to help people find doctors and hospitals.

Those hospitals include Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, Overlook Medical Center in Summit, Morris Town Medical Center in Morristown and Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune.

"That equates to the top 2% of hospitals. This evaluation is based on patient safety, patient experience, and our outcomes related to surgery and other medical conditions that we treat very well here at Jersey Shore University Medical Center,” says Jersey Shore University Medical Center’s Dr. Thomas Bauer.
