Four masked men stole approximately $1 million worth of jewelry from a jewelry store in Iselin in less than a minute, according to Woodbridge police.
The theft happened at 9Lakha Jewelers at 1326 Oak Tree Rd. around 7:45 p.m., police said.
Officials said four men dressed in black and wearing masks smashed multiple display cases with sledgehammers and took approximately $1 million worth of jewelry.
The theft took less than a minute, according to police.
The incident remains under investigation. Police said no additional information was immediately available.
