A barbecue business in Williamstown is asking for the public’s help after its $30,000 smoker was stolen.
The smoker was taken from Fat Jack's BBQ on South Black Horse Pike sometime between when the business closed Sunday at 8 p.m. and reopened Monday at 9 a.m.
The smoker is built onto a trailer and has to be kept outside. It's designed to be taken to events.
According to owner Glenn Gross, the smoker was booted and locked. He says it will be nearly impossible to do business without the smoker, as most of their food is smoked.
Police are looking to gather surveillance video footage from any businesses.
