Police say three houses and two cars were hit with 14 bullets in Elizabeth.

All residents are safe and there were no injuries, according to police.

They say the shooters are still on the loose. One of the shooters is described as a Black man wearing a black hoodie.

Police say video shows the shooter running away through a backyard toward Magnolia Avenue.
