The State Fair Meadowlands begins tonight at MetLife Stadium and will run through July 11, after being canceled last year because of the coronavirus pandemic.
This year's lineup offers hundreds of food choices, including fried Oreos, shark kabobs and freshly made salads. The fairgrounds will also feature rides, games and attractions for all ages.
Big Bee Robot is just one of dozens of attractions that can be seen.
“It transforms from a real moving car to a giant 15-foot robot,” says Alexander Murcia.
“We also extended the fair for another week, so we have 24 days of fun,” says Michele T. “The ticket is a pay one price, so it includes free parking admission to the fair and unlimited rides on the carnival midway.”
Parking is free. Tickets are less than $40 each.
State Fair Meadowlands will be open on weeknights from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m., Fridays from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m., Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 1 a.m. and Sundays from 2 p.m. to 12 a.m.
State Fair Meadowlands has been entertaining crowds since 2003.
