Plans for a Chick-fil-A restaurant at Clifton's ON3 campus remain under review by the city's Planning Board.
The proposed restaurant would be built at 340 Kingsland St., part of the former Hoffmann-La Roche property being redeveloped as ON3.
According to planning documents, the project calls for a roughly 5,200-square-foot restaurant with two drive-thru lanes and 73 parking spaces, including spaces for electric vehicles.
The Planning Board continued reviewing the application Thursday, Oct. 22, with much of the discussion focusing on stormwater management.
Vincent Kelly of Colliers Engineering & Design, the applicant's engineer, said the stormwater report was revised following additional soil testing. Questions were also raised about drainage calculations, which Kelly defended.
The board did not vote on the application Thursday. The hearing will continue into November, and the restaurant proposal remains pending.
